Account and Access
How do I create an account?
Click 'Register' in the top menu and choose between Google or email/password registration. Confirm your email to activate your account.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the login screen, click 'Forgot my password' and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes! Your account automatically syncs across all devices where you log in.
About the Tests
How much do the tests cost?
Tests are accessed using an access code. Contact our team for information about individual or corporate plans.
Can I pause a test?
Yes! You can pause at any time and resume where you left off. Your progress is saved automatically.
What's the difference between the tests?
Each test assesses different aspects: Big Five (5 fundamental traits), TDISC (behavior), Jung (psychological types), Temperaments (emotional temperament).
Do I need to take all tests?
It's not mandatory, but taking multiple tests allows you to get the Holistic Report, which offers an integrated and more complete view of your personality.
Results
When do I receive results?
Results are generated immediately after completing the test and are available in the 'My Assessments' area.
Can I share my results?
Yes! You can export as PDF or share via link. Your data is always private until you decide to share it.
What is the Holistic Report?
It's an AI-generated integrated analysis that combines all completed tests, identifying patterns and offering deep insights into your personality.
Privacy and Security
Is my data safe?
Yes! We use end-to-end encryption, secure servers, and strictly follow LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and GDPR.
Who has access to my results?
Only you have access to your results. If you use a corporate code, the company may have access as agreed in the terms of use.
Can I delete my data?
Yes! You can request complete deletion of all your data at any time through account settings.
