PITIA is a digital platform that offers scientifically validated personality tests, including:

• Big Five (OCEAN) - Assessment of the five major personality traits
• DISC Profile - Behavioral analysis and communication style
• Jung Psychological Types - Identification of psychological types
• 4 Temperaments - Analysis of classical temperaments

Our services include results analysis, personalized reports, and specialized support from qualified psychologists.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old or have legal guardian consent
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities carried out in your account

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our tests without permission
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without express authorization

All content of the Service, including but not limited to tests, algorithms, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of PITIA or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Your privacy is fundamental to us. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The personality tests offered are tools for self-knowledge and personal development. They do NOT replace:

• Professional psychological evaluation
• Medical or psychiatric diagnosis
• Treatment of mental disorders
• Specialized psychological counseling

PITIA is not responsible for decisions made based solely on test results.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
